Lalith Kumaraswamy, PhD, DABR, discusses advances in cancer therapy. There are recent advances in cancer therapy that show some promise for certain type of cancers.  But we need to understand the challenges we face with current traditional therapies.  In this talk, we will explore the current most common treatments for certain types of cancers and learn how cancer becomes resistant to these therapies.  New treatments and how scientists and clinicians are approaching cancer treatments and help patients live longer will be discussed in this presentation.
